Who sees your data,
and how long do we keep it?

Before you enter a single number, you should know what you’re entering, who sees it and what happens when you stop using the tool.

You enter the numbers yourself.

You don’t need to connect a bank or enter online banking details. You add the balances, income, commitments and costs you want in the plan.

When you register to save a plan, it’s linked to your user account. We don’t claim this data can’t be linked to you.

You see the plan. So do the people you invite.

Invited people see the whole shared household. You decide whether they can edit.

The service processes the data you enter to calculate your plan. Protection for data in transit, in storage and in backups is planned, with restricted access. This is not a model where only you can decrypt the data.

This text is for design review. The final privacy policy and the verified security measures will be published before the service launches.

Your plan has a clear retention period.

Without registering
24 hours from the first draft. Register and save before it expires; after that, guest data is deleted and can’t be recovered.
After a package or trial ends
Financial data stays available for 12 months for JSON export and reactivation. Planning is locked.
Before a planned deletion
The owner is notified 30 days and 7 days ahead, with the exact date, and can export the data or reactivate access.

You can ask for deletion sooner. How it’s carried out, and any required retention periods for certain records, will be set out in the final privacy policy.

Your numbers aren’t sent to a bank.

At launch, there’s no research or reporting for banks. The tool doesn’t submit loan applications or pass your offer on to a bank.

Any future aggregate statistics are a separate matter. Before they’re introduced, they need a clearly explained purpose, clear rules and protection against identifying individuals.
